A structured evaluation of your current DEX program against the DEX-COS framework. Identifies maturity level, gaps, and priority actions across all three layers. Delivered as a written report with executive summary and a 90-day action plan.
Operating Model Design
Custom design of a DEX operating model aligned to DEX-COS. Includes role definition, RACI, governance structure, process design, and integration with existing IT service management practices. Delivered over 4–8 weeks depending on scope.
Executive Workshops
Half-day or full-day facilitated workshops for IT leadership and DEX teams. Topics include DEX program foundations, operating model design, value communication, and DEX-COS introduction. Available virtually or on-site.
