Tim founded The DEX Authority in 2026 after a nearly 40-year IT career, most recently as VP of DEX Strategy at Nexthink, where he built the globally scaled ROI model at the core of its value practice, and the success disciplines that help it stick. His belief that IT should fix or prevent problems before users feel them earned him the name 'The Proactive IT Guy.'
